London’s Chelsea Physic Garden served as inspiration to the original Beefeater recipe, so their Master Distiller, Desmond Payne, set about creating this new, limited-edition version. As well as Beefeater’s London Dry citrus notes, Garden also contains more leafy and herbal notes thanks to botanicals including lemon verbena and thyme.
