Created with a rural production method, using carefully selected botanicals in Calabria. Juniper and PGI lemons of Rocca Imperiale are the main components of The Authentic Rural Gin. It also stands out in the filtering phase, carried out roughly through a simple linen cloth, leaving its original color. the porbate version is obtained by burning the juniper with peat of the Sila which gives it the pleasant smoked aftertaste.
