VII Hills London Dry Gin was released in MMXIV (AKA – 2014), inspired by Italian ingredients and crafted in England. Its name is naturally inspired by the city of Rome and the hill it was founded upon. The Gin consists of a melange of Italian-sourced ingredients including celery, artichoke hearts and fennel. lavender, horse parsley and chervil, among others. Very fragrant and herbal, this ought to make a fantastic Negroni.
